BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF IBERDROLA APPROVES CHANGE IN REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS TO PLAZA EUSKADI Nº 5
In a meeting held today, the Board of Directors of IBERDROLA approved the change in the company's registered office address in Bilbao to the Iberdrola Tower building, Plaza Euskadi nº 5. The move requires that article 4.1 of the company's Articles of Association be amended.
The move to the new corporate headquarters started a few weeks ago and most of the group's 300 employees that used to work at the company's former registered office are already working at the new offices.
