IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA has just signed a new lease contract with a top level operator, Desigual, at the manufacturer factory outlet centre, Factory Outlet Málaga, located inside the Parque Comercial Málaga Nostrum shopping centre and leisure park.
Desigual’s store has an area measuring 436 m2
in which it will offer clothing for men and women with discounts throughout the year of up to 70%. This premises is in addition to the more than 200 stores the chain has in more than 75 countries, boasting a turnover of more than €440 million in 2010.
The new operator joins other prestigious retailers already at the centre, such as El Corte Inglés, Cortefiel, Mango, Adolfo Domínguez, Amichi, Benetton and Blanco, thus completing a first-rate selection in Málaga.
This internationally renowned chain has been brought to the centre thanks to the marketing company Jones Lang LaSalle, which collaborates with IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA both in the marketing and in the management of Factory Outlet Málaga.
Factory Outlet Málaga is the only centre with a factory outlet licence in the province of Málaga and has a gross leasable area of 10,700 m2
. Together with the Málaga Ocio leisure centre - also owned by the IBERDROLA subsidiary, in this case with a 50% stake - it offers the most complete range in leisure and fashion of the entire province of Malaga.
