The SIMA Real Estate Fair will be taking place from 19-22 April at Pavilion 5, IFEMA

• The company will be running an environmentally friendly stand at the fair, with major discounts on its residential developments in Arroyomolinos and on the Mijas Coast 

IBERDROLA Inmobiliaria will be taking part as an exhibitor in a special edition of the Madrid Real Estate Fair, SIMA 2012, which will be held at pavilion 5 of the IFEMA fairground facilities until next Sunday, 22 April.

During this fair, exhibitors will be showing their most important all-year-round and holiday home products at considerable discounts, which are welcomed by buyers in these times of economic crisis.

As part of this approach, IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA will be exhibiting two residential developments for sale: the Altos de Arroyomolinos complex, in the Madrid Region, and Alamar Residencial, on the Mijas Coast in Málaga.

Altos de Arroyomolinos: This development consists of two independent plots, each with 38 single-family homes. These homes are four-storey houses with three bedrooms, private garden, solarium-terrace, basement and garage. They are located in a housing development equipped with a swimming-pool and children's playgrounds. Located close to the Madrid Xanadú shopping and leisure complex, these homes are on offer from €330,000 + 4% VAT while the fair lasts.

Alamar Residencial: Located in La Cala de Mijas, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, this development offers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom homes, penthouse apartments with terraces and ground-floor apartments with gardens. These homes are part of an excellent development with swimming pools, paddle-tennis courts and extensive gardens. Customers that buy these homes during the SIMA 2012 fair will be able to do so from €119,000 + 4% VAT.

In line with the commitment of the IBERDROLA Group to respect for the environment, its real estate subsidiary will be taking part in this event with a Green Stand, which has been designed, produced and assembled with a view to minimising its environmental impact.

Produced according to the ISO 9001 standard, this installation is made from environmentally friendly materials. For example, the graphics are done on fabric using water-based inks. The fact that it is manufactured using light, recyclable structures allows to minimise the waste that is generated, as well as reduce CO₂ emissions by 65%, due to the lower impact in the packaging and transportation processes.
