IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA LEASES MORE THAN 4 000 M² OF THE ORDUÑA BUILDING IN MADRID TO GRUPO ZETA
One of the largest operations in the Madrid office market over the past year
- The building, which has five floors and 6,000m2 of gross leasable area, is located in the Fuencarral district.
IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA and Grupo Zeta have signed an agreement to lease 4,087 m
2 of office space in the Orduña building in Madrid, in one of the largest operations to take place in the city’s office market in 2011 and early 2012.
Grupo Zeta will occupy four of the five floors of the building, located in the Fuencarral district of Madrid (Homónima street) which has a total gross leasable area of 6,000 m
2.
Thanks to this agreement signed with IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA, overseen by the international consulting company, CB Richard Ellis, Grupo Zeta will exchange its traditional headquarters in O’Donnell street for a location that amply meets its current requirements.
Grupo Zeta is one of Spain’s leading communications groups, owner of seven major general interest newspapers, one sports newspaper, 15 national magazines, including Interviú and Tiempo, and over 40 corporate magazines.
