IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA and GlobalCaja have signed a lease for 1,082 m² of office space in the Avenida de Europa building in Toledo. The building already has other prestigious tenants including Iberdrola -whose Renewable Energies Operations Centre (CORE) is located here- and the regional government of Castilla-La Mancha.

GlobalCaja will occupy one of the five floors of this modern building in the centre of Toledo, which has a total gross leasable area of 6,187 m².

Having reached agreement with IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA, GlobalCaja, the financial institution resulting from the recent merger of the rural savings banks of Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca and La Roda, will now establish its headquarters in the building.

After closing the deal, GlobalCaja said that Spain's challenging economic situation demanded the presence in Castilla La Mancha of financial institutions " that are intimately acquainted with the reality of this region, with its companies, cooperatives, institutions and, most importantly, its people.
