First initiative of its kind to be launched in the energy sector
- The service helps customers manage their energy bills in both the United Kingdom and Spain with a personalized service
- The campaign launched by the two IBERDROLA Group companies is mainly aimed at over 900,000 Britons with a residence in Spain
IBERDROLA Group has launched Connect, a service that allows customers to manage gas and energy products and services they have signed up for in the United Kingdom and Spain.
The service, launched by IBERDROLA and its UK subsidiary ScottishPower, is primarily aimed at more than 900,000 Britons living either temporarily or permanently in Spain, mostly on the Mediterranean coast and in the islands. However, citizens of any nationality who have signed a contract with the Company in the United Kingdom and Spain can also benefit from this service.
Through this initiative, the first of its kind in the energy sector, customers can manage their energy accounts, access products and services and take advantage of competitive energy deals in both countries. Customers will be helped by English-speaking operators and will be able to send and receive documents in English.
IBERDROLA Group has set up a unified customer service line in both countries. You may access it from Spain, dialing 902 322 044 and from the UK on 0845 030 4032.
